About

SMG was formed by Joe Smith in 1989. Joe is passionate about quality and started SMG with the belief that appropriately skilled and qualified tradespeople should always be used. We maintain this ethos and invest in our team with time and training.

As a result, we are proud of our exceptionally low staff turnover and the feedback we receive from our clients for our contract delivery and management.

Alongside our directly employed tradespeople we partner with a limited number of subcontractors for specialist services, such as asbestos removal.

SMG is an ISO9001 and 14001 registered company with formal procedures that underpin our processes and service.

We operate throughout Sussex and Brighton & Hove, working with local authorities, housing associations and not-for-profit organisations, as well as homeowners.
